Oman's GDP exceeds 9.6 Billion Omani Riyals in Q1 2026 reports that the country’s gross domestic product at constant prices rose 2.6% in the first quarter of 2026 to 9.6854 billion Omani rials, up from 9.4421 billion in the same quarter of 2025. Preliminary figures from the Omani National Centre for Statistics and Information, cited by Oman News Agency on Sunday, show oil activities grew 4.6% to 3.0353 billion rials. Within that, crude oil value added increased 4.3% to 2.0 billion rials. Natural gas value added climbed 6.0% to 481.2 million rials. Non-oil activities rose 2.4% to 7.0394 billion rials, with agriculture and fishing up 6.1% to 337.8 million. Industrial activities fell 1.2% to 1.9797 billion, while services increased 3.7% to 4.7218 billion.
