Poland's VC investment reaches PLN4.6bn in H1, already exceeding full-year 2025 total by 39% reports a surge in the country’s venture capital activity. According to a report released July 15 by PFR Ventures, the VC arm of state-run Polish Development Fund (PFR), and Inovo.vc, investors put PLN4.6bn (€1.06bn) into Polish startups in the first half of 2026. That figure already surpasses the full-year 2025 total of PLN3.3bn by 39% and exceeds 2021’s prior record of PLN3.6bn. The standout drivers were mega-deals from ElevenLabs and ICEYE totaling PLN3.7bn. In Q2, 56 funds invested PLN0.6bn in 43 companies. ICEYE raised a PLN1.9bn mega-round. PFR Ventures CEO Rozalia Urbanek said co-investments accounted for 59% of transaction value in H1.
