Sagtec Global CEO highlights strategic progress in the first half of 2026, outlining company momentum across AI commercialization and recurring revenue initiatives. In a shareholder letter released in Kuala Lumpur on July 23, 2026, Chairman and CEO Kevin Ng Chen Lok said the company shifted from building scalable foundations after record fiscal year 2025 to accelerating commercialization, expanding its AI ecosystem, and strengthening recurring revenue. For FY2025, Sagtec reported revenue of US$19.1 million (49% year-over-year growth) and gross profit of US$4.3 million (up 45%). For the first half of 2026, based on preliminary unaudited estimates, it expects revenue of about US$11.23 million and gross profit of about US$3.12 million. The letter highlights AI deployments including a Sage AI enterprise platform with a US$1.1 million deployment, plans for Malaysia’s Sovereign AI Data Center, and the official launch of an AI-powered Halo AI POS system targeting about 10,000 subscribers by 2027 and US$1.0 million in annual recurring subscription revenue. The company also discussed a proposed majority stake acquisition of Malaya Heritage and expanded collaborations in its smart property ecosystem.
