A representative for Sean “Diddy” Combs pushed back against claims, reported by NBC, that the 56-year-old rapper lives a “pampered” or privileged life in prison. Combs is serving a 50-month sentence after convictions on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and is held at the low-security FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. NBC cited four men who shared a unit with Combs, alleging he paid inmates for chores, received a tablet for movies, used a cell phone, and had access to a secret stock of “premium” alcohol. The spokesperson told NBC that ordinary prison life was being treated as news, saying Combs continues serving his sentence under rules while awaiting an appeal decision.
