Seminole United Supermarket breaks ground, expects to open in 2027

Seminole took a major step toward a new United Supermarket this week, with the United Family breaking ground at the southeast corner of Hobbs Highway and 21st Street in Seminole. The 49,000-square-foot store is slated to replace the current location and is expected to open in 2027, according to a news release. It will feature a full-service pharmacy with drive-through, mobile ordering with pickup and delivery, a bakery, a full-service meat counter, and a deli, along with ReadyMeals and a dining area. The expanded footprint aims to deliver enhanced shopping and employment opportunities to the community.
