Stock market finishes out week on a high note | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

U.S. stocks wrapped up a record-setting week with gains Friday, even as other financial markets stayed indecisive. The S&P 500 rose 0.6%, its first positive session since it set an all-time high three days earlier. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 423 points, or 0.8%, while the Nasdaq Composite climbed 0.6%. Oil prices continued to “yo-yo” amid uncertainty over when the war with Iran will allow the global energy industry to return to normal. Brent crude traded between $102.50 and $105 and settled at $104.72, up 0.4%. Treasury yields also swung.
