On 2 November 2026, tZERO announced plans to become a publicly traded company via a merger with FG Imperii Acquisition Corp., valuing tZERO at a $350 million pre-money equity level. The deal could make available about $231 million in cash from FG Imperii’s trust account, subject to shareholder redemptions and expenses. If approved, the combined company is expected to list on NYSE American in early 2027 under ticker TZRO.
