THOR Industries CEO Says RV Recovery Never Arrived - Thor Industries (NYSE:THO)
THOR Industries shares rose Tuesday after the recreational vehicle maker posted fourth-quarter revenue above expectations. The company reported adjusted earnings of 78 cents per share, below the 96 cents analysts expected. Quarterly sales totaled $2.312 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $2.168 billion. CEO Bob Martin said the RV market never reached the expected “inflection point” in fiscal 2026, citing stubborn interest rates, elevated fuel costs and ongoing inflation that kept household budgets tight and retail demand soft during the key selling season. THOR’s European segment continued to diversify results, while gross profit fell 23% year over year to $285.6 million and gross margin narrowed to 12.4%. THOR expects a relatively flat fiscal 2027 environment.
