Tom Lee's BitMine Buys $81 Million in Ethereum as ETH Hits $2,500 | Market Editor's Pick

BitMine Immersion Technologies, liderada por Tom Lee, spent $81 million to buy 32,447 new Ethereum tokens after ETH broke above $2,500 amid a sharp, market-wide rally. The purchase was BitMine’s largest weekly acquisition since early July and brings its total holdings to 5,847,611 ETH, valued at roughly $14.6 billion at current prices. The company also reported a combined treasury of $14.9 billion this week, up from $11.4 billion the prior week, including 210 Bitcoin, stakes in Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings, and $308 million in cash and marketable securities. BitMine has bought ETH every week since launching its treasury strategy on June 30, 2025.
