xCruzo Brief
Weir Group (LON:WEIR) said it remains on track for full-year expectations after third-quarter orders rose 8% at constant currency, including acquisitions, though it warned that the Middle East conflict and mine disruptions in Chile are weighing on parts of the business. Orders increased 5% organically. Aftermarket orders grew 10% and original equipment orders rose 3% year on year. The company expects net debt to finish 2026 slightly above its normal 0.5–1.5x net debt to EBITDA range, and to return inside it during 2027. Net interest expense is expected at about £90 million. Weir targets revenue and operating profit growth at constant currency and operating margins above 20%.
