CBS Sports ranks Top 10 quarterback rooms in college football entering 2026 season

Quarterback depth remains central heading into the 2026 college football season, especially with NIL and the transfer portal reshaping rosters. CBS Sports’ Blake Brockermeyer ranked the Power Four’s top 10 quarterback rooms, starting with Oregon. The Ducks’ starters feature Dante Moore (Jr.) and Dylan Raiola (Jr.) as backup, after Oregon repeatedly rebuilt its QB group in the past five offseasons via the portal. Moore returned to Eugene, bypassing the 2026 NFL Draft, after throwing for 3,565 yards and 30 touchdowns in 2025. Behind him, Raiola joined after two less productive seasons at Nebraska. CBS noted Oregon enters with 42 combined starts across its quarterbacks. The ranking then turns to Texas, led by Arch Manning (R-Jr.).
