Colts get good news and bad news on injuries in London
xCruzo Brief
In London, the Indianapolis Colts’ 30-13 win over Washington brought a mix of milestones and injuries. Jaylon Carlies delivered his first career interception early in the second half, the team’s first pick of the season, turning the ball into a two-score lead. But later, Carlies, the starting weak-side linebacker, suffered a rib injury. The Colts also dealt with more setbacks: defensive end Arden Key hurt his hamstring, and wide receiver Ashton Dulin is also dealing with a hamstring issue. Dulin, returning for his first game after missing two with an ankle injury, caught three passes for 29 yards before leaving. Left tackle Bernhard Raimann reported avoiding a significant injury, returning after his ankle was taped.
