Delle Donne among WNBA greats in Shooting Stars
The WNBA is returning Shooting Stars with a lineup that includes multiple league MVPs, a five-time champion, and a Finals MVP during Friday night festivities in Chicago ahead of the All-Star game. Elena Delle Donne, Lauren Jackson, Rebekkah Brunson, and Deanna “Tweety” Nolan will headline the event’s four-team format, each joined by a current WNBA player and an athlete from Nike EYBL. The teams will represent Washington, Seattle, Minnesota, and Dallas/Detroit markets, featuring pairings such as Delle Donne and Shakira Austin for Washington, and Jackson with Flau’jae Johnson for Seattle. The event runs at Wintrust Arena at 8 p.m. ET on Friday, with a 70-second scoring round structure and a 3-point contest following. The All-Star game is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET Saturday at the United Center.
