ESPN's 'College GameDay' coming to Knoxville for Tennessee football vs Texas

ESPN’s “College GameDay” is headed to Knoxville for Tennessee’s Sept. 26 matchup against No. 1 Texas, the first time the teams have met in 58 years and both are opening their SEC schedules. ESPN announced on Sept. 20 that UT (3-0) will host the show before No. 14 Tennessee takes on undefeated No. 1 Texas (3-0) at Neyland Stadium, with kickoff at noon ET on ABC. GameDay airs 9 a.m. to noon ET on ESPN and is expected in front of Ayres Hall, though it could shift into the stadium. Rece Davis hosts with Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban.
