FNBO Expands Westward by Buying Denver's InBank | PYMNTS.com
FNBO announced Sept. 2 it is buying InBank, a deal roughly valued at $200 million that aims to expand the Nebraska-based bank’s footprint in Colorado. The acquisition would add nine new branches, including locations across Denver, Colorado Springs and southern Colorado. FNBO also said it currently has 21 branches in the state and will add four additional ones in New Mexico. InBank, an independent community bank with $1.4 billion in assets, offers commercial, business and personal banking. FNBO’s chairman and president Clark Lauritzen called InBank “strategically and culturally aligned.” The purchase follows earlier expansion steps: a planned Kansas City-area acquisition of Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Co., plus a 2025 close for Country Club Bank.
