Golden State Warriors guard and former Arkansas Razorback Moses Moody returned to Little Rock on Wednesday to launch his annual Motivate One Foundation Summer Series, a multi-day program focused on community support. The week featured four days of events in the metro area, starting with a community food distribution at the Watershed Family Resource Center on the city’s east side. The foundation partnered with Convoy of Hope to provide groceries and household essentials to thousands of local families. Moody, 24, discussed the significance of seeing supporters and his own extended family in the line. A former Arkansas standout who played at Little Rock Parkview before transferring to North Little Rock, Moody later starred at Montverde Academy and earned SEC Freshman of the Year honors in 2020-21 with 16.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Drafted 14th overall in 2021 and injured in March 2026 after tearing his left patellar tendon, he plans a youth golf clinic on Thursday and notes Stephen Curry is expected to appear this year.
