Magic trade to draft Izaiyah Nelson: the question after Orlando selected USF’s senior in the second round of the NBA draft is how he fits into the team’s short- and long-term needs. Shortly after learning he was picked No. 51, Nelson said he planned to travel from Tampa to Orlando the next morning for workouts at the AdventHealth Training Center. He averaged 15.9 points, shot 14.3% from three, and posted 9.6 rebounds per game; he also turned 23 on Oct. 1.
