Most Underrated Coach In the NFL,' 'I Love (Matt) LaFleur's Playcalling' -- NFL World Salutes Packers HC as Green Bay Locks Up Cowboys in Primetime

A Sunday Night Football win helped reset the narrative around Packers coach Matt LaFleur after early-season criticism. Green Bay beat the Dallas Cowboys 23-13 at Lambeau Field, extending its winning streak to three games and moving to 4-2, while Dallas slipped to 2-4. The Packers defense intercepted Dak Prescott twice, limiting Dallas to 13 points after tension surfaced during pregame warmups. Jordan Love threw for 276 yards and a touchdown to Matthew Golden, and he also scored on a 1-yard rushing play. The performance drew renewed praise for LaFleur’s adjustments, with former Packers quarterback Kurt Benkert and NFL Network reporter Stacey Dales commenting publicly. Analysts also highlighted Green Bay’s balance across offense, defense and special teams, including a reported ranking of eighth in PFN’s NFL Defense Impact Metric.
