The 32-year-old spent the 2025 season with the Patriots as their No. 1 receiver, producing 85 catches for 1,013 yards and four touchdowns while building chemistry with Drake Maye. New England released Diggs in March and later signed Romeo Doubs to a four-year deal, then acquired A.J. Brown in June. Diggs also sent a message to teams via a YouTube video claiming he can be a “No. 2” at a higher level than others.
