NFL's conduct policy review of Puka Nacua continues and that drives fantasy football managers nuts
Puka Nacua remains under the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy review even though he wasn’t suspended when the league disciplined three other figures by placing them on the Commissioner’s Exempt List. Nacua is among those whose off-field situations are still being evaluated, alongside San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York and Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman, plus Rams offensive tackle Alaric Jackson. The report stresses there is no set league deadline to finalize outcomes before Week 1, meaning the NFL could impose suspensions later if independent investigations warrant punishment. Nacua is tied to a civil lawsuit from Madison Atiabi alleging he bit her shoulder during a New Year’s Eve 2025 party; Nacua’s attorney denies it and a civil trial is scheduled for March 27, 2028. The Rams open Sept. 10 in Australia vs. the 49ers.
