Using Stathead from sports-reference, the author analyzes Oregon's 2025-2026 men's basketball roster and benchmarks against Big Ten peers across multiple seasons and Elite 8 squads since 2021. Players are filtered by position and limited to those with at least 24 games, then medians are computed for advanced metrics across guards, forwards, and centers. The study emphasizes ORTG, DRtg, OBPM, DBPM, BPM, and PER, with pace-adjusted context. Jackson Shelstad appears in only 12 games and is excluded from core results, while Kwame Evans Jr. stands out as the primary contributor for the backcourt, with Bittle delivering strong efforts under challenging circumstances.
