Professional Pundits Think Highly Of The Seahawks Starting Lineup
Professional pundits evaluating the Seahawks’ 2026 projected starting lineup placed Seattle at third among 32 teams in an ESPN exercise published the prior day. The analysts—Mike Clay, Aaron Schartz and Seth Walder—ranked every team’s lineup using positions including quarterback, running back, receivers, tight ends, offensive line, defensive tackles, edge rushers, linebackers, corners and safeties. ESPN’s method included elements such as biggest strength, biggest weakness, an X factor, and a “non-starter” who could make a major impact, with the lineup described as not fully certain. The Seahawks were ranked behind only Los Angeles and Philadelphia, despite losing about two and a half starters. The discussion emphasized Zach Charbonnet as the projected starter over Jadarian Price and highlighted interior defensive line strength as the key positive.
