Rams' Aaron Donald dealing with back injury, won't play vs. Eagles

Aaron Donald has been ruled out for the Los Angeles Rams’ Week 4 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles due to a back injury, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. The Rams also entered the week with mixed injury news, though Puka Nacua received a positive update. The absence affects an already difficult stretch: the Rams are 1-2 and now face a major test at Philadelphia. For the Eagles, DeVonta Smith is also dealing with an injury. Donald has still been a key presence on the defensive line, but not the dominant force seen in past seasons. The Rams hope for a secondary return boost, while Matthew Stafford and Nacua lead the offense.
