Seahawks S Nick Emmanwori limited in practice; Pats OL Ben Brown ruled out
The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots provided updates on key players ahead of Wednesday’s NFL season opener in Seattle. Seattle safety Nick Emmanwori was limited in practice Monday with an ankle injury, while fellow safety Ty Okada remained out with a hamstring problem. Receiver Tory Horton (hamstring) and offensive lineman Josh Jones (knee) were also limited. Patriots offensive lineman Ben Brown is ruled out with a knee injury after not traveling to the game. Jared Wilson, a 2025 third-round pick, is expected to start at center in Brown’s place. Defensive tackle Christian Barmore practiced fully after missing Sunday with a knee issue; TreVeyon Henderson is in jeopardy with an ankle injury, with Rhamondre Stevenson a potential replacement.
