Three Buffalo Bills Hit With Punishments From NFL For Preseason Infractions

After the preseason slate ended, the NFL issued fines to three Buffalo Bills players for exhibition-game infractions. Defensive end Landon Jackson was penalized for unnecessary roughness in the second quarter of the Week 1 preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, receiving an $8,190 fine, the third-largest of the league. Offensive tackle Chase Lundt was fined $5,868 for taunting in the fourth quarter of the Week 2 preseason contest versus the Cleveland Browns. Safety Jalon Kilgore was fined $5,560 for helmet-to-helmet style unnecessary roughness in the second quarter of the Week 3 preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The league said preseason fines support the Professional Athletes Foundation and NFL Foundation programs. Only Lundt isn’t on the 53-man roster and was re-signed to the practice squad.
