Washington Basketball Offers 2027 4-Star Tennessee Forward
Washington Basketball Offers 2027 4-Star Tennessee Forward reports that the Washington Huskies have extended an offer to 2027 four-star power forward Davis Cochran. The 6-foot-9, 220-pound junior from Brentwood, Tennessee is ranked No. 120 overall in the 2027 class by 247Sports’ Composite, and he is listed as the No. 2 prospect from Tennessee and No. 20 power forward. Cochran received an official visit to Cincinnati last week and has another official visit scheduled to begin Tuesday to Kansas State, with a trip planned for early November to High Point University. The offer is part of a growing interest list that, over the past three months, has also included Butler, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and Virginia Tech. On the court as a sophomore, he averaged 18.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, 1.1 blocks, and 1.1 steals for Brentwood. He later improved as a spring emergence, and the prior season included a rise to 22 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1.9 blocks, helping Tennessee win a regional championship. Washington is not mentioned as having a verbal commitment in this cycle.
