Watt injury update as Steelers LB leaves game after eye poke

Star Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt left the team’s Week 5 game against the Indianapolis Colts with an apparent eye injury. During the broadcast, CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson said Watt was questionable to return and would be evaluated at halftime. Watt was seen hurrying off the field in distress after being poked by Colts tackle Jalen Travis on a second-down play late in the first quarter. After a period in the injury tent, the video showed him holding ice to the affected area. The report notes it’s unclear whether Watt will return for the game, despite him entering with 4.5 sacks early this season.
