Week 4 injury report vs. Broncos: What it means for fantasy football

The San Francisco 49ers’ Week 4 injury report sets up two main fantasy decisions before facing the Denver Broncos. Christian McCaffrey is coming off a full practice progression, with his only Wednesday absence listed as rest, not injury, supporting keeping him in starting lineups. Mike Evans, meanwhile, is questionable with a rib injury after not practicing Wednesday or Thursday and returning for limited participation on Friday, making him the report’s key availability call. The report also lists defensive absences that could influence player-by-player considerations: Nick Bosa, James Thompson Jr. and Mykel Williams are out, while Dre Greenlaw, Keion White and Jaden Dugger are questionable. Trent Williams improved from absent to limited to full participation by Friday.
