West Virginia lands 2027 WR Brock Burrus

West Virginia has landed a major 2027 commitment from Brock Burrus, a 6-foot-5, 180-pound wide receiver from Marietta, Georgia. Burrus chose the Mountaineers over offers from Georgia Tech, Florida, Tennessee, Purdue, NC State, Wisconsin, Arizona State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse and more. He visited Morgantown in spring and returned for an official visit June 5-7, sealing the decision as WVU’s 17th commitment in the 2027 class. Burrus was recruited by wide receivers coach Ryan Garrett and is part of a rapidly growing group of pass catchers for the Mountaineers. Further details will be provided by WVSports.com soon.
