WNBA Game 6 Finals moved to State Farm Arena, will be played in early afternoon

The WNBA moved Game 6 of the 2026 Finals to State Farm Arena in Atlanta, scheduling it for 12:30 p.m. ET on Oct. 29. Previously, the Golden State Valkyries vs. Atlanta Dream game was set for 8 p.m. ET at the Gateway Center Arena, which seats about 3,500 fans. State Farm Arena holds roughly 17,000. The league also shifted Games 3 and 4 from Gateway Center to State Farm due to high demand; both were played to sellout crowds. To coordinate the schedule, the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks adjusted their regular-season home opener versus the Cleveland Cavaliers to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, and for Game 6 they moved the tip to 8:00 p.m. ET. Game 5 is Oct. 26 at 8 p.m. ET in San Francisco and both Games 5 and 6 (and 7 if necessary) are on USA and Peacock.
