The 2026 FIFA World Cup final will feature an unprecedented halftime show, with FIFA aiming to reshape the viewing experience. FIFA plans a Super Bowl-like segment bringing major international music acts during the halftime break. Confirmed performers include Madonna, Shakira with Burna Boy, Justin Bieber, BTS, and Coldplay, alongside the PS22 children’s choir. A tribute led by Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel will direct the Los Angeles Philharmonic in remembrance of the June 24, 2026, Venezuela earthquakes, which FIFA said caused thousands of casualties and displaced people. Global Citizen, Live Nation, and Done + Dusted are managing production, with FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund targeting $100 million. FIFA also said none of the artists will be compensated. The show will be broadcast in Spanish on Telemundo and in English on FOX.
