Anker's new MindBase is an AI-powered brain for your smart home

Anker is launching the Eufy MindBase, a local AI hub for its security cameras that runs an on-device, Anker-developed LLM designed to process footage without it leaving home. The company also unveiled several other smart security products at IFA in Berlin, including the TrackLight Cam S1, the S4 video doorbell, and a window camera. Positioned as the “central brain for the home,” MindBase uses on-device compute and local storage and is built to function beyond eufy cameras, with Matter 1.5 support acting as a Matter controller for more than 40 Matter device categories. It supports up to 16 wireless cameras, four wired cameras, and 34 sensors, with expandable storage up to 48TB.
