Apple's Siri AI Will Automatically Fix Your Weak Passwords. Can You Trust It?

iOS 27 adds Passwords, a feature that, via AI, fixes weak passwords with a single tap. Passwords already allowed generating secure passwords and replacing reused ones; now AI automates the process from Security, listing accounts with compromised credentials and executing Fix Passwords so Safari and Apple Intelligence create stronger passwords in the background. Progress shows as Signing in, Saving strong password, and Security upgraded, with an option to cancel. The public beta of iOS 27 is expected next month, with a stable release in September. Compatibility includes iPhone 16 and later, iPhone 15 Pro/Max, iPad mini with A17 Pro, Macs M1+ and Vision Pro.
