Build IT LIVE 2026 Targets MSP AI Execution in Jersey City

Build IT LIVE 2026 will focus its MSP conference agenda on turning early-stage AI experimentation into a working growth engine. IT By Design announced the full program for the event scheduled for Aug. 3–5, 2026, in Jersey City, New Jersey, positioning the conference around tracks covering Leadership, AI & Future, Sales & Growth, and Operations. The format emphasizes operator-led education from MSP owners and executives, ending with a hands-on AI Accelerator day where attendees work through implementation frameworks to apply immediately afterward. Keynotes will include Zack Kass, former Head of Go-To-Market at OpenAI. The peer-community model extends through Build IT Mastermind and quarterly AI Accelerator cohorts.
