Call Cheshire Police if you see wanted man after appeal to members of the public

Cheshire Police is asking the public to help locate Ryan Skelhorn, a wanted man linked to Widnes. The appeal, issued Wednesday, July 1, states that Skelhorn, 38, is wanted on recall to prison. Police describe him as about six feet tall, white, with a medium build and brown hair, and say he has links not only to Widnes but also to Huyton and Speke in Merseyside.
