Coca-Cola’s dairy subsidiary fairlife has suspended operations in the United States after a ransomware attack, according to the company’s SEC filing. Coca-Cola said it discovered on July 16, 2026 that a third party gained unauthorized access to part of fairlife’s systems, including those related to production. The filing links the intrusion to a ransomware event, but it does not provide specific details, and the incident remains under investigation. Coca-Cola reported that it has engaged external cybersecurity experts and notified authorities. It also stated that product quality and safety were not impacted, while fairlife’s production in Canada continues.
