Docupace Launches Docupace Next, the Next Generation Platform for Modern Wealth Operations

Docupace has announced Docupace Next 1.0, a new enterprise-scale cloud platform designed for wealth operations. The company says the release introduces a modern data architecture and user experience to improve efficiency, accountability, scalability, and to serve as a foundation for future “agentic” capabilities. A central feature is a client data model built on reusable contact records and structured relationships, enabling firms to “capture it once, use it everywhere” across custodians, accounts, workflows, documents, and connected systems. Docupace Next also includes consolidated e-signature, guided account opening for Pershing, NFS and Axos, expanded integrations with a public GraphQL API, and enhanced surveillance and compliance oversight.
