Enormous etchings of numbers interpreted as threat to Trump appear on National Mall

Earlier this month, a federal judge limited the National Park Service from taking action against Accountability NOW USA for displaying an 86 47 flag during a permitted demonstration, and the Secret Service opened a probe into a volunteer connected to the group.
