Faces of West Midlands' most wanted suspects who have spent months on the run

West Midlands Police say two suspects on its “most wanted” list have been on the run for months, and their locations are currently unknown. Officers have urged anyone who sees the pair, or has information about where they may be, to call 999 and quote the relevant crime reference. David Proctor, 32, has been wanted since a January appeal and is wanted on recall to prison for breaching licence conditions. Akram Nesseri, 26, is sought since an August appeal for failing to comply with a sex offender notification order. Information can also be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers.
