Figure AI reported that its Helix 2.5 humanoid robot achieved a 56% success rate on full household chores in 30 Bay Area homes it had never entered, compared with 9% using an otherwise identical model trained from scratch. The company said it used a single fixed checkpoint—shared weights across all homes—without rebuilding hardware or hand-tuning for each location. Performance was tested on 420 attempts across 237 completed tasks, including making beds, folding towels and tidying toys in living rooms, with credit requiring full task completion. Bed making reached 67% (94/140), towel folding 62% (87/140), and tidying toys lagged at 40% (56/140).
