HCLTech delivers robust Q1 led by record deal bookings of $2.4 billion
HCLTech’s Q1 performance was driven by record deal bookings of $2.4 billion, reinforcing its push to lead enterprise AI-led transformation. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company reported revenue of $3.65 billion, up 3% year-on-year, and 2.6% growth in constant currency. Advanced AI revenue rose to $171 million, including 10.6% quarter-on-quarter growth and 62.1% year-on-year growth in constant currency. Services revenue grew 4.2% year-on-year in constant currency, while HCLSoftware’s annual recurring revenue reached $1.06 billion. HCLTech said it will invest up to ₹3,500 crore (about $370 million) to establish AI data centers, with potential to scale to 50MW capacity. The company also declared a dividend of ₹12 per share and maintained FY27 guidance.
