Host your own piece of Disrupt: Apply to run a Side Event at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs Oct. 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, but the conference week is larger than the main stage. Side events can be hosted across Oct. 10-16, and the application deadline is Sept. 4. TechCrunch says there’s no cost to apply and no licensing required. Hosts control the format—everything from founder mixers and themed parties to after-hours panels and morning runs—while they handle key logistics like the venue, budget, registrations, and promotion. TechCrunch will promote approved events via its Side Events page, agenda, app, attendee emails, and site coverage.
