How bank execs are leading the charge for AI
xCruzo Brief
Bank executives are increasingly pushing AI adoption from the “top of the house,” viewing it as both a fraud-fighting tool and a way to find new ways to generate profit, according to a discussion between BCG partners Kirti Choudhary and Vikram Sivakumar and American Banker editor Chana Schoenberger. They said risk governance, tolerances, and policies across customer-facing, internal, and third-party contexts will become clearer. Sivakumar also described a shift from tool-focused rollouts to organizational change.
