The revamp aims to make the zoo a premier conservation institution while preserving Bandung's heritage as a public space. Faunaland will review site conditions, infrastructure, operations, and animal collections as a first step. It plans partnerships with international bodies including Vantara India and the Bin Zayed Conservation Foundation to boost local capacity and welfare.
