HUB INTERNATIONAL NAMES FAIZAL MITHA VICE PRESIDENT OF AI SALES INNOVATION

HUB International has named Faizal Mitha as Vice President of AI Sales Innovation, effective July 1, 2026, reinforcing the firm’s push to leverage AI-driven capabilities for new business and talent development across the United States and Canada. Mitha brings more than two decades of digital leadership and will scale AI-powered sales practices across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Private Client, Retirement & Private Wealth, and Employee Benefits. He will oversee Claude, Anthropic’s AI platform, deployed to HUB employees in Q4 2025, and collaborate with HUB's AI and Automation teams to monitor adoption and impact on growth. Previously, he led HUB Canada Employee Benefits and Retirement as Chief Sales & Innovation Officer and has deep roots in insurtech and digital benefits.
