Insurity Appoints Jatin Atre as Chief Executive Officer

Insurity’s leadership transition centers on the appointment of Jatin Atre as Chief Executive Officer, following a period of momentum for the property and casualty insurance software provider. The Hartford, Connecticut-based company said Atre will succeed Jeff Clarke, who will remain as Executive Chairman. Insurity serves more than 500 carriers and MGAs, and it is trusted by 22 of the top 25 U.S. P&C carriers and 7 of the top 10 MGAs. The move comes after Insurity’s strongest new-logo year, including 36 core system wins in 2025, with accelerating momentum into 2026. Atre, previously President, led AI-powered transformation and announced a $50 million commitment in 2026 for AI-powered R&D. Insurity also plans an additional $100 million over the next two years to modernize core systems with embedded AI.
