Circeus, the AI-native holding company, is launching as the group behind Shop Circle unveils a new corporate structure and growth funding. The holding company brand, Circeus, is supported by an equity investment from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with participation from other investors. Shop Circle will continue operating as the group’s retail and commerce software division. The financing is intended to accelerate deployment of AI across the portfolio and to fund continued acquisitions of software businesses underpinning parts of the “everyday economy.” The company announced the launch and investment in London on June 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE). The move positions Circeus to scale through both internal AI rollouts and further software consolidation backed by institutional capital.
