IPhone Duo Apple Pencil: iOS 27.2 Adds It, but Only the $79 One - Memeburn

The iPhone Duo will go on sale Friday, October 23, but it initially won’t include Apple Pencil support. That feature is expected to arrive with the iOS 27.2 Release Candidate around October 26, making the foldable the first iPhone compatible with an Apple stylus. However, early buyers may miss one key detail: only the cheapest USB-C Apple Pencil works. The $79 Pencil supports tilt and can be paired via a cable, but it lacks pressure sensitivity, double-tap, squeeze gestures, haptics, barrel roll, and Find My. Pre-orders may push deliveries into 2027.
