Microcap Just Staked a Claim in the AI Agent Security Land Grab
MASQ, short for Machine Action Security Quotient, marks a new governance framework for AI agents and autonomous systems. Vancouver-based Integrated Quantum Technologies, the operating name of Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. (CSE: ICS; OTCQB: IGCRF; FSE: Y4G), said it has begun patent proceedings for MASQ. The framework is designed to govern four areas: what permissions and actions an AI agent may perform; which enterprise systems and data it can access; how it interacts with APIs, external tools, and MCP servers; and, crucially, how the agent’s context, internal attention states, and reasoning environment are protected in machine-to-machine interactions. The May 29, 2026 CNW release frames MASQ as a response to rising enterprise use of autonomous agents.
