Mill Town Capital VP Maureen McLaughlin appointed to Berkshire Workforce Board

Maureen McLaughlin, Mill Town Capital's vice president of operations and strategy and chief of staff, was named to the MassHire Berkshire Workforce Board. The appointment by the Berkshire Workforce Area's mayor, Peter Marchetti, puts her on a two-year term. McLaughlin oversees Mill Town's operations across recreation and hospitality portfolios and advises CEO Tim Burke on capital planning, organizational strategy, HR, and community impact. Her background includes leading Berkshire Community College's strategic plan and serving as interim executive director of workforce development. She holds an Ed.D. in leadership in education, an MBA, and a BS in computer information systems, and is an advocate for equity and economic opportunity in the Berkshires.
